A step by step guide to trading in your device with Frift!
STEP 1
REGISTER SALE
Start by finding your device through our site using the search function or top offers sections. From there simply follow the requested steps on-screen to complete the trade-in process. It’s fast and simple.
STEP 2
PACKAGE DEVICE
While trading-in your device you’ll generate a prepaid address label to send your device to us. Read through handy FAQ’sfor tips on how to safely package and ship your device.
STEP 3
SEND DEVICE
Once you’ve packaged your device and attached the free shipping label simply take your device to your local Post Office branch or if chosen wait for your doorstep collection from Royal Mail. Once dispatched we should receive your device within 48-72 hours.
STEP 4
GET PAID!
Once we receive your device it will go through our internal tests to ensure everything is as described. These steps take around 24 hours and once approved we will process your payment on the same day. Find out more about our payment options and timescales on our FAQ page.
