Where applicable, returned items should be sent back in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by you, the consumer. We will deduct suitable costs if the device is returned damaged or in a different condition as to when it was sent^.
Once we have received your returned device, it will be tested to check for any activation locks, passcodes or user data, which will need to be removed for a refund to be processed.
Once the device is confirmed as unlocked and wiped the refund will be processed to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank.
Your device is covered against any defect or malfunctioning during your 12-month warranty period. This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase shown on your original invoice.
